We only accept Visa and MasterCard at this time.
Q: Can I place an order by telephone?
Absolutely! Please call us during business hours,
9 AM-5 PM (Eastern Standard Time), at

Q: How will I know if my order has been received?
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation
e-mail with total charges and purchase information.

Q: Where do you ship?
We ship both domestically and internationally. However,
if you request an international shipment, please be advised that higher
shipping charges may be added to your order.
Q: When can I expect to receive my order?
Your may expect to receive your order within 5-10
days of ordering. We ship out items as quickly as possible. If you
need your item sooner, we can have it sent rush express delivery for
an additional charge.

Q: What is your Return Policy?
JL Lane takes great care in creating products that
are carefully constructed and of the highest quality, thus it is our
desire that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In order
to make a return, all returns must reach us within 7 days of original
receipt, must be in their original condition for a full refund, and
must include a copy of your receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable
unless JL Lane has made an error with your order. Please email sales@jllane.com or
call 336-575-4212 for our merchandise return address.

Q: Do You Gift Wrap Items?
Yes! For an additional $5.00, we will wrap your item
in a gift box. We will also include a note card with
a personalized message. Please make a note of your request during checkout
in the box provided for special requests and comments.

Q: What if the item I order is unavailable?
Because our products travel all the way from overseas,
it is possible that your item may be out of stock. If this is the case,
